Life is Short Logo

This is a logo for a organization that is a showcase for short films by various independent artists.

We created a modular logo, where the first part of the name "Life is Short", can be changed for different applications. It could be written in by directors of the films as part of a submission, or just by anyone at random. We thought this could produce some interesting results, and be an amusing observatory study.

The concept was to take the context out of the name and allow for it to be open to interpretation. We also thought it was a good way to reflect the diversity of the films that would be showcased.
